[Chapter 1 General Provisions]

Article 1 (Purpose))

These terms and conditions apply to the use of all Internet information services (hereinafter referred to as “services”) provided by LF FOOD CORP., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “LF FOOD”) through the LF FOOD website (hereinafter referred to as “homepage”). The purpose is to protect the rights and interests of customers by defining the rights, obligations and responsibilities between LF FOOD and information users.

Article 2 (Define)

① Homepage refers to the homepage (website) operated and posted by LF FOOD at the Internet addresses of www.lffood.co.kr and www.lffood.com.

② Since this site does not operate a membership system, there is no definition of member or non-member, and anyone can view all information on the homepage.

Article 3 (Validity and revision of terms and conditions)

① These terms and conditions are public notices and will result in people rejecting everything.

② LF FOOD announces the contents of these terms and conditions by posting them on the website so that users can understand them.

③ When changes are made to the Terms and Conditions, users must be notified by posting them on the website using a pop-up window at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the revised Terms and Conditions until the effective date of the revised Terms and Conditions.

④ LF FOOD may establish separate operating rules for detailed services, and in this case, prior notice will be provided in accordance with the preceding three paragraphs.

[Chapter 2 Service Provision and Use]

Article 4 (Service Provision)

① The services provided on the website are free. However, some services may be converted to paid services, and this will be notified through a notice on the website at least one month prior to the change.

② If changes to the content or services of the website are deemed necessary, LF Food may add or change them. However, if the service contents change, LF FOOD will notify users in advance.

Article 5 (Service use and restrictions)

① Unless there is a special problem with LF FOOD's business or technology, the principle is to provide services without interruption.

② When reasons such as repair, inspection, replacement or breakdown of information and communication facilities, interruption of communication, or service use are disrupted due to force majeure such as system failure or service overload, or other reasonable reasons occur, use of the service is prohibited. All or part of it may be suspended or restricted.

③ When we wish to suspend the provision of services due to regular inspection of the website, we will notify you in advance of the reason for service suspension and the time of suspension through notices and pop-up windows.

Article 6 (Liability)

LFFOOD shall not be liable to users for any damages resulting from modification, suspension or change of part or all of the service.

[Chapter 3 Obligations of LF FOOD]

Article 7 (LF FOOD’s Obligations)

① LF FOOD must do its best to provide continuous and stable service in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

[Chapter 4 Others]

Article 8 (Rules other than terms and conditions)

Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions are governed by relevant laws.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

① LF FOOD promptly handles complaints and opinions submitted by users. However, if prompt processing is difficult, the user will be notified of the reason and processing schedule without delay.

② Lawsuits regarding disputes arising between LF FOOD and users must be filed in the Seoul Central District Court.

Article 10 (Attribution of copyright and restrictions on use)

The copyright of all works posted on the website belongs to LF Food, and users may not use the information or works obtained by using the website by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting or other methods without the prior consent of LF Food. You must not allow third parties to use it.

These terms and conditions will be applied from August 1, 2020./p>
